Danube Delta has succeeded in 2017 to draw a record visitors number, the highest since revolution.

The European Council on Tourism and Trade regional campaign for 2017 THE YEAR TO DISCOVER DANUBE DELTA has managed to attract on Danube Delta a record of 120.000 visitors.

At the heart of this sensibilization campaign aimed at informing European public with regard to the extraordinary tourism potential of the Danube Delta was Mr. Mihai Puflene the General Director of PUFLENE RESORT and an avid and ardent promoter of the Danube beauties and potential, bent of sharing them with the world.

PUFLENE RESORT gazda perfecta in ANUL DELTEI DUNARII 2017

Anul 2017 trebuie sa fie anul promovarii Deltei Dunarii, aceasta a fost anuntul de baza al conferintei-expozitie: E TIMPUL SA DESCOPERIM DELTA DUNARII! ce a fost deschisa in Bucuresti, in cadrul Muzeului de Geologie.

Delta Dunarii trebuie sa fie centrul unui turism sustenabil si mai ales trebuie cunoscuta, in primul rand de romani.

Din nefericire pana acum doar 25% din populatia Romaniei a vizitat Delta Dunarii si doar 10-12% au stationat in zone precum Murighiol sau Sulina a precizat Prof.Dr. Anton Caragea.

Conferinta a beneficiat si de prezenta unui spatiu expozitional unde au fost prezentate publicului 36 de tablouri si imagini din Delta Dunarii, marturie impresionanta a potentialului natural si a cadrului de o frumusete unica al deltei-ecosistem unic in Europa.
