BEST WINE OF ROMANIA IN 2019 IS CREATED BY DOMENIILE PANCIU

On the occasion of the Summer 2019 diplomatic visit to Vrancea during the official visit to the new HOTEL DOMENIILE PANCIU (Resort and Winery) a simple and pleasant ceremony to award Mr. Daniel Guzu with the recognition for the creator of DIPLOMATIC WINE FOR 2019-BEST WINE OF ROMANIA had taken place.

The ceremony reflected the PANCIU DOMAINS (Domeniile Panciu) role in promoting Romanian wines in the world and to mark the extraordinary successes registered in 2019.

During the last eight months, the DOMENIILE PANCIU wines obtained powerful recognitions during Brussels Wine Competition snatching the top prizes against more than 9000 competitors worldwide.

The company also launched, in a first for Romania, wines without sulfites (encompassing three types like Feteasca Regala, Rose and Cabernet Sauvignon) and finally launched the new resort and tasting facility: DOMENIILE PANCIU HOTELS.

We must mention that under the former name of HOUSE OF PANCIU (CASA PANCIU) the wines of Vrancea had obtained the prestigious accolade of being the DIPLOMATIC WINE OF ROMANIA-THE BEST ROMANIAN WINE in 2011, 2013, 2016 and 2018 placing at the fore wines that made history like: FETEASCA NEAGRA, ŞARBA, BABEASCA and unique sparkling wines like the MUSCAT OTTONEL a momentous sparkling wine selected as DIPLOMATIC WINE FOR 2019 and was medalled with Gold at Berlin Wine contest in 2018.

The members of the diplomatic corps present on the venue had highlighted also the efforts of the PANCIU DOMAINS winemaker Mr. Sorin Macoviciuc and his role in the launch of the new sulfites free wines batch.

Diplomaţii prezenţi au apreciat totodată eforturile deosebite ale enologului DOMENIILE PANCIU dl. Sorin Macoviciuc care a lansat în acest an o linie revoluţionară de produse fără sulfiţi.

Noul vin fara sulfiti: „Se adresează tuturor: atât celor care au alergii la sulf, cât şi celor care preferă aşa-zisul vin curat, de casă. Aceste vinuri sunt însă diferite de vinurile pe care şi le face omul prin gospodărie: dezvoltă arome frumoase şi nu sunt oxidate“.

Noile vinuri – un rosé şi un roşu din Cabernet Sauvignon, un alb şi un frizzante din Fetească Regală – fac parte din gama Riserva fără sulfiţi a declarat enologul Sorin Macoviciuc.

PROF.DR. ANTON CARAGEA INSTITUTE FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS SEARCH FOR A NEW ASTANA BASED GENERAL DIRECTOR

The ECTT-European Council on Tourism and Trade and Kazakhstan had jointly launched in January 2019 the "Prof. Dr. Anton Caragea" Institute for Sustainable Development Goals (ACISDG), operating with statutory institutional autonomy under the guidance of its Governing Board and supervision of government of Kazakhstan. ACISDG promotes an integrated approach to policy development, research and training, capacity building, networking and partnership building in the field of sustainable development goals learning, non-formal education of adult and continuing education in the sphere of SDGs.

The mission of ACISDG is to ensure that all forms of SDGs related education and learning - formal, non-formal and informal - are recognized, valued and available for meeting the demands of individuals and communities throughout the Central Asian region.

ACISDG responds to these demands and helps meet the challenges facing humanity with policy-driven research, publications and technical services for Central Asian States and non-governmental and civil society organizations as well as private providers at their request.

Under the authority of European Council on Tourism and Trade President, and the direct supervision of the European Tourism Academy Director-General the incumbent provides intellectual leadership and strategic vision to ACISDG's programme and staff.

He/she proposes to the ACISDG 's Governing Board for its approval, the Institute's Medium-Term Strategies, operational plans and associated budgets.

The incumbent will also ensure that ACISDG fully contributes to the achievement of European Council Tourism and Trade and Kazakhstan Education programme objectives in the context of implementation of the Goal 4 (Education) of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.

The incumbent is responsible for administering the Institute and for planning, executing and reporting on its programme and budget.

The incumbent's responsibilities also include human resource planning, recruitment, and performance management in order to develop motivated and effective teams with appropriate competencies to achieve ACISDGs objectives, resource mobilization, and acting as the external advocate for ACISDG , liaising with financial partners, and with ACISDG 's other stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education

Mandatory: Doctorate level, in education, science, social sciences or related field.

Work Experience

At least 15 years of relevant experience in the field of education at national and international level backed by several years of experience in senior management positions.
Experience in resources mobilization and partnership development.

Skills/Competencies

Commitment to the Organization's and Institute's mandate, vision and strategic direction, as well as its priorities.

Proven leadership and managerial skills, a broad general culture and sound analytical capacities, high sense of objectivity, professional integrity and political astuteness.

Ability to direct, change processes at the management level, and familiarity with the administration of an institution accountable to governing bodies.

Demonstrated ability to mobilize resources in an entrepreneurial spirit, and in support of institutional development.

Relevant research ability to identify emerging educational needs to which an international research and training programme could make a substantial contribution, as well as exploring new avenues and patterns of action.

Ability for strategic planning and management and demonstrated ability to translate strategy into priorities and action, and effectively plan, mobilize and manage resources to deliver results.

IMPOSTOR LEE MORGENBESSER UNDER THE LIGHTS OF CAMBODIAN PRESS

The Lee Morgenbesser imposture made him the butt of all jokes in Cambodian press.

The fight for a clean political space and for damasking fake so called political analysts has arrived in Asia with the Kingdom of Cambodia taking a special place in sanitizing the media landscape of such ludicrous and dubious characters .

Recently Cambodian Government spokesman Phay Siphan took a swipe at a bogus character named Lee Morgenbesser, impersonating as a political analyst allegedly based in Australia (at probably a degree mill called Griffith University as no decent university will employ such a trivial character).

The official stated, “Lee Morgenbesser’s comments showed that he is an impostor used for practical jokes on the elections in Cambodia..he is not a political commentator related Phay Siphan to Fresh News publication.

He is the author of baseless claim filled with bias and subjectivity, in one word a midget of funny tricks.

It will be desirable for the opposition parties in Cambodia that are paying such impersonators to choose more wisely not child-like persons bereaved of any knowledge about politics and elections.

A short internet search demonstrate that Lee Morgenbesser is a self named, faked expert on Asian cuisine and a fan of computer games acting like a pen-named to transmit some childish messages for fake media outlets that are pompously named him expert.

A small query on his twitter feed reveals probably a teenager with a penchant for Games of Thrones and Bart Simpson that is used to send out messages for invented press and biased publication that need a so called expert to put out to the world their lies and fabrication.

As is illustrated in an article about this zombie like person (sorry, the word zombie is not from our vocabulary but is derived from Mr. Lee Morgenbesser self named political analyses) notes:

The sausages expert Lee Morgenbesser is a funny character from a comedy book looking completely out of place in his role as expert in such serious matters as democracy or dictatorship (clearly more avid expert in Asian food after his twitter feed) he even pretends that the author some books (that do could not be found or appear anywhere and are as elusive as the funny boy himself . (you could read more on bogus expert here )

Under these circumstances the jokes of Mr.Phay Siphan look as well founded and we can only express our regret for the good times when fake media really search in their pockets for some real life experts to sign their lies and not use Bart Simpson..sorry Lee Morgenbesser to spread their messages.
